Meet Arun: Hallmarks of an Engineer

For 125 years, our associates have been the driving force in building a business that is invented for life. As pioneering thinkers, doers, makers, and innovators, it is our associates that have defined our history and continue to shape our future by paying forward our legacy of innovation and social enterprise. As part of the 125 years anniversary, the team have ‘framed’ a series of brand stories that tell past, present, and future stories of our associates who have been the pioneers of this progress, embracing our sustainability credentials and company culture to help bring our innovative spirit to life.

The first story we are telling is that of Arun Srinivasan, Executive Vice President for Bosch Mobility Solutions in the UK, who discusses his perspective as an engineer and his natural curiosity to learn more.

As a child, Arun would spend his time taking apart his toys curious to learn about the mechanics of what was inside of them and how they worked. His long career at Bosch is a testament to that natural curiosity he possessed as a child and gives him a place to engage with new technologies , and keep on learning.

By sketching and painting in his free time, Arun has found a new way to keep his perspective open and continue to improve upon his projects. For him, the ultimate aim is to take on as many new perspectives as possible in order to achieve diverse team with lots of innovative ideas.
